The Digital Transformation Graduate Specialist is a role focused on leading and advocating for digital transformation initiatives within Bosch Rexroth. The roles is responsible for promoting the benefits of digitalization, driving organizational change, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital strategies and technologies.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop a digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for digital initiatives and defining a roadmap for implementation
  • Serving as a catalyst for change by inspiring and motivating employees to embrace digital transformation.
  • Acting as a role model and champion for digital initiatives, creating a sense of urgency, and overcoming resistance to change.
  • Working closely with different departments and teams at Bosch Rexroth to ensure alignment and collaboration in implementing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Building relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Assessing digital tools, technologies, and platforms to identify those that can drive operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Developing and conducting training programs to enhance digital literacy and skills across the organization. Ensuring that employees have the necessary knowledge and capabilities to leverage digital technologies effectively
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Monitoring and analyzing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate the results to stakeholders
  • Engaging and influencing senior executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for digital transformation initiatives. Building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value and potential of digitalization.
  • Leading the communication about the Digital Transformation Strategy and Initiatives at Bosch Rexroth

This program is designed to transition you into a full time role with Bosch Rexroth after completion f the program, in a challenging specialist or project task within Digital Transformation. In this way, we lay the foundation for a successful career together. What awaits you:

  • 4-6 job rotations, one or two of which is abroad: possible specialist departments, e.g. logistics planning, procurement, logistics controlling, as well as related areas, if applicable.

Qualifications

You must have the desire to further develop your digitalization skills at Bosch Rexroth. You should be characterized by creative thinking and driving topics forward. In addition, you must bring the following with you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration required, Masters and/or up to 5 years work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in challenging industrial internships or entry-level roles in the area of digitalization
  • Previous experience within Project Management is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of SAP and data analytics highly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, target and result orientation, analytical thinking skills and high commitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be a plus
