We’re the Health Insurance Fund of Australia, but our friends call us HIF and we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Service Desk Analyst with great people skills, to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys helping people and is keen to develop their IT skills. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Whether you’re a recent graduate or TAFE-qualified, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced IT professionals and build hands-on skills across service desk support, cyber security, systems, AI, automation and more. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable and eager to grow their technology career with us.
This is a full time, permanent position.
