Graduate Sales Development Program (approx. 24-Months) for entry-level professionals or recent graduates
DuBois Chemicals is seeking entry-level professionals or recent graduates who want to build a high-impact career in field sales. Graduate Sales Development Representatives (SDR) should be ambitious and motivated to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Candidates will enter a structured rotational Graduate Sales Development Program for approximately 24-months This program will provide a blend of onsite training, virtual learning, real-world application, and mentorship while developing the commercial, technical, and leadership capabilities required to step confidently into a full-time field sales role. Demonstrate the company’s core competencies of communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and passion to succeed.
