Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping the moving parts of a busy team running smoothly? The Graduate Research Academy (GRA) is looking for a Graduate Research Liaison Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination assistance to our Liaison Team.
Sitting within the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), the GRA is a central unit that provides leadership, operations and administration for our graduate research students, supervisors and faculties. The Liaison Team acts as the business partnering link between the GRA and faculties and you will be right at the heart of that connection.

Reporting to the Director, Graduate Research Services and Governance, you will provide practical administrative assistance that keeps workshops, events, records and communications on track. Your day-to-day will include:

Within the portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Graduate Research Academy (GRA) provides leadership, support, operations and administration for the University’s graduate research students, supervisors and faculties. Led by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Graduate Research, the GRA works in partnership with faculties to provide students with an exceptional graduate research training experience.
The Liaison Team provides the key business-partnering connection between the GRA and the faculties, supporting effective collaboration and the delivery of high-quality graduate research services.
You are a proactive and adaptable administrator who takes pride in accuracy, service and getting things done. You enjoy building positive working relationships, juggling multiple priorities, and using sound judgement to keep things moving in a busy environment.
Note: The successful candidate will also be required to complete a police check prior to commencement.
