The UK CX team is a collaborative and fast-evolving group at the heart of delivering high-quality research and insight projects across a diverse client portfolio. Recognised as the leading CX team globally within Ipsos, the team works with some of the world’s most well-known brands to help them better understand and improve customer experience. This role is for a sub team within the CX team – THL (Transport, Hospitality and Leisure).
Working across sectors including Travel, Tourism, Attractions, Transport and Hospitality, we use cutting edge technology (yes, inc. AI), leading frameworks and consulting skills to work across some exciting and genuinely interesting businesses.

From day one, you’ll be working on live projects for some of our clients across a variety of industry sectors. You will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches - quantitative, ad hoc and tracking studies – building research skills whilst also working alongside PM experts delivering in a variety of ways from reports, presentations to data delivery platforms and dashboards.
As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, balancing project management, analysis and delivery responsibilities to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within scope.
