Role
PwCisseekinga diligent, resilient, organized, and personable individualtojoin our team as a Graduate Recruiter. This position involves overseeing the entire recruitmentprocess.The successful candidate will handle various graduate initiatives and student engagement acrossAssurance and Consulting,playing a critical role in attracting top talent.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of experience in Graduate Recruitment or early talent roles
Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of graduate recruitment
Based in Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Recruitment:
Screen, select, and qualify candidates to produce a shortlist.
Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
Set up assessments and manage assessment feedback sessions.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with business needs andobjectives
Ensure full business participation in recruitment processes and programs.
Build andmaintainrelationships with target candidates, Universities, schools andstakeholders.
Attend career days, school fairs, and webinars to promote opportunities, within the Western Cape
Inter-office travel within the Western Cape
Consulting Recruitment:
Plan, prepare, and execute various student initiatives to enhance engagement and maintain candidate journeys.
Manage vacation work and scholar programs, influencing new attraction strategies for students.
Maintain engagement with feeder universities and external stakeholders
Execute the bursary process to support the Bursary portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly business stakeholder meetings and provide weekly portfolio updates.
Maintain quality management standards and implement projects to meet deliverable objectives.
Gather and manage data for audit purposes to measure pipeline statistics.
Regular on campus and scholar activities and initiatives
High attention to detail,Accuracyand ability to manage both projects and ongoing deliverables
Event management, catering and ad hoc regional administration
Qualifications/Certifications:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.
Skill Sets Required:
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proven ability to manage challenging stakeholders and influence through consulting.
Attentive to detail and quality management.
Willingnessto travel to universities and schools to create pipeline strategies.
Strong engagement skills
