How Does The Essence Graduate Program Work?
The Essence Graduate program is your first step into a dynamic industry. In your role, you will work within a team of our project managers to gain invaluable experience in managing projects, and helping our clients transform and reinvigorate some of Australia’s landmark locations.
As an Essence Graduate, you will gain exposure to a wide network of people and projects and will be equipped with the tools to gain practical experience in a range of project sectors.
Our team has extensive experience and understands how to successfully deliver projects in all sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Hotels & Hospitality, Commercial, Build to Rent, Residential, Heritage, Retirement & Seniors Living, Retail, Social and Sustainable Design.
Our program has been developed to help you meet your best potential. Throughout the program you will be supported by a dedicated program team, receive continuous feedback, and will have the ability to be mentored by leading industry professionals. Feedback will be provided in a constructive manner so that you have a clear understanding of your areas of strength and any areas that require further development. The performance feedback process will enable us to provide you with appropriate support through the program, including targeted development and support.
You will also be allocated a buddy and have regular catch ups to check in.
The program is an 18-month program, where you will be able to move between projects, teams and managers to fit in with your development plan and business goals. You will gain the experience with:
