The key objectives for this role are:
To support the successful delivery of engineering and project execution activities by assisting project teams in planning, coordination, and technical tasks. The Graduate Project Engineer will develop practical project management and engineering skills while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of engineering and project activities in line with project schedules and objectives
- Support project engineers and managers in tracking progress, deliverables, and key milestones
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and technical submissions
- Liaise with multidisciplinary engineering teams (e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure alignment of project requirements
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings
- Assist in monitoring project costs, timelines, and resource allocation
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and expediting activities where required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant industry standards
- Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
- Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times
- Engage in continuous learning and development to build technical and project management competencies

Expected:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or training experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle in an EPC/EPCM environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced project environment
