We’re looking for a recent graduate in Accounting to join our team in February 2027 (or earlier, if available). To be eligible, you’ll need to hold Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help drive project performance by supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across major projects
• Partner with project teams to identify risks, solve problems and find opportunities to improve commercial outcomes
• Work across contracts and procurement to help keep projects running smoothly, compliantly and efficiently
• Communicate with impact by sharing insights with stakeholders and helping to resolve issues with confidence and clarity
• Build your expertise in finance, commercial management and cross-functional collaboration, with support from experienced mentors and leaders

About You

• A degree in Accounting
• An interest in commercial project management, contracts, risk and financial performance
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in innovation, AI and new ways of working
