Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training programmes covering technical, field service, and commercial competencies.
Support field service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment under supervision.
Assist in identifying customer needs and contribute to developing appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to support business development and customer engagement initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in all assigned tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, delivering them within agreed timelines.
Actively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance and capability.
Contribute to team objectives while developing individual expertise across multiple domains.

Bachelor of Engineering qualification specializing in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics or Electrical
