Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and launch your career.

Real Estate Advisory help public and private sector organisations maximise the value, performance and resilience of their real estate portfolios and built assets. Strategic Real Estate Advisory - Helping clients shape the future of their estates through evidence-based strategy, business case development, estate optimisation, investment planning and workplace transformation. Technical Real Estate Advisory - Helping clients plan, deliver and operate safe, efficient and future-ready built environments. We provide specialist expertise across facilities management, operational readiness, asset replacement, FM digital transformation and technical assurance to improve compliance, enhance performance and maximise whole-life asset value.

Other Requirements

• This role is primarily office-based, and colleagues are expected to work from the office for the majority of the working week.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• For some regional roles, travel to client sites may be required. Where access to client locations is limited by public transport, a full driving licence and access to transport may be beneficial.
• To be considered for roles in the Defence arena, you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance. This process will begin once you’ve accepted an offer and confirmed your willingness to undergo the checks.
