Are you ready to kick-start your career with one of Australia's leading non-bank lenders?

Metro Finance is seeking motivated graduates to join our 12-month Operations Graduate Program, providing hands-on experience across three critical areas of our business:

• Customer Care
• Settlements
• Collections

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the full customer lifecycle within a high-performing financial services organisation. Throughout the program, you'll spend approximately four months in each team, developing valuable technical, commercial and customer-facing skills while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

At the completion of the program, high-performing graduates may be offered a permanent position within one of the operational teams.

About the Program

Our Operations Graduate Program has been designed to provide practical experience, structured learning, exposure to senior leaders and meaningful work from day one.

During the program, you'll gain experience in:

Customer Care

• Supporting customers, brokers and business partners through phone and email enquiries
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Managing documentation, workflows and operational processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Settlements

• Preparing and processing finance contracts
• Working closely with brokers, Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders
• Learning about commercial lending, compliance and settlement processes
• Supporting the accurate and timely funding of customer transactions

Collections

• Assisting customers experiencing financial difficulty
• Developing communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Managing customer interactions professionally and empathetically
• Understanding risk management and responsible lending practices

About You

We're looking for graduates who are curious, customer-focused and eager to learn.

You may be a recent graduate or completing your final year of study in:

• Business
• Commerce
• Finance
• Economics
• Banking
• Business Analytics
• Law
• Communications
• Or a related discipline

You'll also demonstrate:

• Strong communication skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt
• The ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
• A genuine interest in financial services

No prior industry experience is required.
