Your mission in our team

You will embark on a unique dual journey of learning and professional growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between theory and practice, applying cutting-edge knowledge from the Master of Sciences in Rail Mobility Technologies directly to our major signaling, software, and electrification projects. You will grow within a company that listens to your ideas and puts them into action.

Balancing growth and impact: You will combine academic learning with hands-on professional experience, dedicating four days a week to projects at Siemens and one day to university studies.

Exploring core areas: You will actively contribute to teams in the Rolling Stcok Engineering Team.

Innovating for the future: You will participate in pioneering projects, helping to make transportation more sustainable, agile, and secure through digitalization.

Continuous learning: You will absorb knowledge from top professors from Siemens Mobility and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) throughout the one-year program.

Academic background: You have recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering.

Language skills: You possess a proficiency level (C1) in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively in our international environment.

Location: You are currently based in Spain and ready to join us in Madrid.
