ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future workforce of Hampshire. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Graduate Program Lead will design, build, coordinate and continuously improve
Hampshire’s Graduate programs across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fully remote, work from home role based in Australia and offered on a part-time basis of 22.8 hours per week. The hours can be worked as three full days per week or spread across five working days. To support stakeholder engagement and event attendance, the ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast of Australia.
Blending strategic program design with hands-on coordination, you will create a practical, commercially relevant and engaging graduate program experience that strengthens Hampshire’s talent pipeline and supports our future capability needs. There will also be some travel required to represent Hampshire at university career days, careers expos and relevant industry events.
