About the Role
This Graduate Product Manager role supports the exploration, development, and improvement of digital products across Uniphar’s Retail & Supply Chain, Pharma, and Medtech divisions. This graduate will help understand user needs, assess opportunities, and contribute to creating solutions that deliver value for customers and the business. They will collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams while learning how product decisions are shaped and delivered.
Rotations
This is not a rotational role, however the graduate will work with teams across all three divisions. This will provide a broad understanding of different users, business areas, and stages of the product development lifecycle.
What You Will Learn & Deliver
· Learn and apply product discovery techniques, including user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping and creating clear problem statements.
· Take part in conversations with users and stakeholders to gather insights and understand needs.
· Evaluate ideas using product validation frameworks and support the team in assessing which opportunities to progress.
· Analyse how existing products are performing and suggest areas to explore further.
· Work with design, engineering, and business teams to support both large digital transformation programmes and ongoing improvements to in life products.
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Experience working on any type of digital or creative project (academic, personal, volunteer, or otherwise).
· Interest in exploring different ways to solve problems and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
· Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
· Organised approach to managing tasks with support and guidance as needed.
· Curiosity and a desire to understand how digital products are created.
Education & Qualifications
A relevant degree OR equivalent practical experience (placements, internships, project work). For regulated roles, specify accredited programmes as required.
Any 3rd level qualification would be suitable if the candidate displayed the desired skills above, however typically you would often see product management graduates coming from degrees like; Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Psychology.

The On-Demand business is a specialist medical supply business that sources and distributes pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumable supplies to healthcare professionals in over 160 countries worldwide. We have offices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company’s main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO’s and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties
