Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.Purpose of the PositionPerform assigned procurement and subcontract management activities under the close supervision and guidance of the Procurement Manager or a senior Supply Management professional.Key Accountabilities· Comply with Company and Project purchasing policies and procedures, operating within delegated authority limits.· Collaborate with various departments for both Corporate and Project Procurement to ensure third party services, material and equipment are provided on time.· Support the identification, development, and recommendation of supply sources; solicit suppliers; receive quotations and bids; negotiate orders; and follow up, schedule, and expedite deliveries.· Ensure supplier documentation, including insurance guarantees, is received in accordance with purchase-order requirements and stored securely.· Ensure technical supplier documentation, including engineering information, calculations, drawings, schedules, instructions, and manuals—is received and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders.· Liaise with Quality, Logistics, and Materials Management teams at supplier, customer, and contractor offices, as required, to support the timely delivery of goods.· Obtain and process the documentation required to support approval of supplier invoices in accordance with purchase-order requirements.QualificationsEssential Skills and CompetenciesStandard Competencies· Proactive communicator and collaborative team player who is goal-oriented and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.· Strong customer focus, with the ability to consistently meet the needs of Worley and its customers.· Adapts effectively to changes in work tasks and the work environment, while supporting others through change.· Demonstrates integrity, earns the trust of others, and consistently honours commitments.· Identifies issues, problems, and opportunities; makes timely decisions; develops appropriate and innovative solutions; and seeks assistance when required.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas clearly to individuals and groups and to deliver presentations when required.· Demonstrates initiative, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous performance improvement.· Able to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.· Manages time effectively by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining productivity across competing demands.· Works effectively in small and large multidisciplinary teams and actively shares and transfers knowledge.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.ExperienceUp to two years of experience in the relevant discipline within the same or a similar industry.
