Salary: FC7 £34,914.86 - £43,437.09 (FC7 – Graduate Planner/Planning Assistant) or £43,437.09 - £47,604.34 (FC8 – Chartered RTPI Planner)
Working Pattern: 36 Hours per week

The Person
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about planning and making a positive difference to places and communities.
You will bring strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, communities, developers and other stakeholders.
Applications are welcomed from graduates, early-career planners and experienced planning professionals. We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate planning knowledge and experience appropriate to the level of post they are applying for.
You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Town and Country Planning or a related discipline recognised by the RTPI.
For Chartered Planner posts, candidates must hold Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and maintain this throughout their employment.
