Ackermans is offering a Graduate Placement Programme in Cape Town. This opportunity is designed to help you build practical skills, learn from experienced team members, and gain exposure to facilities and maintenance work in a real business setting.
What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist the technician with basic daily maintenance tasks
Help with inspections and reporting any issues found
Support technicians with simple repairs and tasks
Work as part of a team to keep facilities running smoothly
Minimum Requirements:
Completed qualification in Facilities, Maintenance, or Electrical Engineering
No previous full-time work experience required
Willingness to learn and grow
