Full-Time | In-Clinic | New Graduate Program

An established private practice is looking for a Graduate Physiotherapist to join their close-knit and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to start their career in a structured private practice environment, with the benefit of working alongside four experienced Physiotherapists and being part of a dedicated two-year New Graduate Program.

New Graduate Program

The two-year program is designed to provide graduates with the support, mentoring and clinical exposure needed to build a strong foundation in private practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced Physiotherapists, develop your clinical reasoning and gradually build confidence across a mixed caseload, while receiving ongoing guidance throughout your first two years.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new graduate who is keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career in Physiotherapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from an Australian-recognised institution
• General registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in private practice
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Professional, reliable and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
