Job Description

Graduate Permit Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Graduate Permit Behavior Analyst to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in New York. This role is designed for individuals who have completed their graduate education and are working toward full licensure and certification while gaining supervised clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with behavioral assessments and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of an LBA
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors to support treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Eligible for or currently holding a New York Graduate Permit in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a New York Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Information

In New York, individuals who have completed an approved graduate program may obtain a graduate permit that allows them to practice applied behavior analysis only under the supervision of a New York Board Certified Behavior Analyst while completing required experience or examination requirements

This position provides hands-on clinical experience and supervision for professionals working toward full licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in New York.
