Salary: $80,000 CAD + Living Stipend

What do we offer?
The GMT program offers a 10-month rotational experience designed to immerse you in various facets, providing hands-on experiences across our core business areas.
As you progress, you’ll rotate through our front-line Brewery, Sales, and Logistics teams, gaining exposure to different operational sites, including, brewery locations, warehouse facilities, our Toronto headquarters, and other localized sites. Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing where you’ll learn about specific programs and processes, while working on strategic business projects to prepare you for your first placement.
Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement typically in a Frontline Sales or Supply Chain team, based on your interests and business needs.
