Information about your 1st rotation in France
Within the Pedestrian Business Segment in France, we employ approximately 750 people, including 330 field technicians who interact with customers on a daily basis to deliver preventive maintenance, repair, and modernization services.
Given the scale and criticality of these field operations, there is significant potential to further enhance efficiency, organization, and overall operational performance.
In this context, your mission will be to drive sustainable operational improvements, working in close collaboration with both technical experts and management teams.
Your Main Mission :
The future role holder will be deeply embedded in field operations to gain a strong understanding of Field Service activities. Building on this operational insight, the role will contribute to value stream analysis and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities. In close collaboration with management, the future incumbent will define, prioritize, and drive improvement action plans, facilitating initiatives such as Kaizen workshops, 5S deployments, and rapid problem-solving activities.
