The opportunity

This is a 12-month, paid internship for ambitious people from France who have completed their Bac+3 and want more than a typical first job or “year abroad”. You’ll move to Lund, Sweden, and start with an internship class of ~20 driven, friendly people from both France and Sweden – sharing a year full of learning, wins, new friendships, and memories.

You’ll live in Allakando-arranged housing together with your fellow interns. That means you won’t just get a job abroad – you’ll become part of a real social community from day one.

Your role

You’ll work close to the core of Allakando and get a true 360° view of how a fast-growing education company runs. Over the year, you’ll become a specialist within sales – while collaborating across the business and understanding how it all connects.

What you’ll do:

• Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)

• Understand the student’s situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution

• Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly

• Close deals and hit weekly targets – in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook

No prior sales experience needed, we’ll teach you:

• Consultative sales fundamentals (discovery, value framing, objections, closing)

• Daily routines that top performers use to earn more with less stress

• Communication that makes families feel confident, while still moving decisions forward

About you

You’ll thrive here if you are:

• Native French speaker:(written + spoken) with sharp communication skills

• Comfortable in English internally:(team in Sweden, market in France)
