Job Description

We are seeking a graduate student intern to support our Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team across three focus areas: talent attraction and candidate experience, employee engagement action planning, and leadership development program support. The intern will take on meaningful project work alongside experienced managers and cross-functional stakeholders, with opportunities to apply and develop skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, recruiting enablement, and people analytics. Given the collaborative nature of the role, the intern will work across multiple managers and stakeholder groups and will be expected to manage their own time and priorities effectively.

Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience

  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders to update and improve the careers site
  • Partner with associated teams to identify and implement improvements to the company LinkedIn page to improve the candidate experience
  • Help create structured interview guides by job family and level, creating consistent, practical tools for hiring teams
  • Gather stakeholder input, synthesize feedback, and maintain clear project documentation, timelines, decision logs, and status updates Employee Engagement
  • Support implementation of action plans developed following pulse survey listening sessions
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify barriers, and ensure engagement actions continue moving forward
  • Prepare updates, brief summaries, and progress tracking materials for the engagement manager and relevant stakeholders Leadership Development program Support
  • Review current onboarding processes and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Review and analyze data across all LDPs: identify trends, potential root causes, and suggested actions
  • Support 2027 orientation planning by organizing timelines, materials, stakeholder input, logistics, and key planning milestones
  • Assist with other early-career or leadership development program work as needed General
  • Manage your own schedule across multiple managers and stakeholders, communicating proactively about capacity, priorities, and risks

Qualifications Required

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, MHRM, MSOD, or related field preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools to organize and interpret information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to varied audiences
  • Analytical mindset: ability to gather, interpret, and summarize data and trends
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and able to navigate ambiguity across stakeholders and priorities
  • Professional maturity, sound judgment, and discretion when working with employees and stakeholders Preferred
  • Prior experience or coursework in HR, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or program coordination
  • Experience with survey tools, data reporting, or HRIS platforms
  • Strong presentation skills (both content creation and delivery)
