Responsibilites

• Assist with basic travel arrangements, supporting senior team members in submitting requests for flights, hotel bookings, local transport, and basic visa documentation.

• Support logistics data entry, accurately updating shipment status, inventory logs, and tracking details in company spreadsheets or basic administrative software.
• Help organize operational files, collecting and filing travel receipts, invoices, shipping manifests, and expense reports for record-keeping.
• Shadow senior team members during daily coordination with logistics vendors, travel agencies, and internal departments to learn workflow processes.
• Provide administrative support by handling routine clerical tasks, answering basic vendor queries, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
• Participate in special administrative projects to learn daily supply chain and corporate support procedures.

Qualifications

• Academic Status: Must be a 2026 Graduate.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences (such as Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, Mass Communication, Sociology, Political Science, or equivalent).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal communication is essential).
• Basic Skills & Attributes:
• Fundamental computer skills, including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and follow instructions closely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Program Details
Duration: 6 months, with renewal possibility based on performance and program needs.
