At Jonsson Workwear, we do more than make workwear. We equip peak performance and back ambition. That’s why, across our business, we work with people who work with purpose. Inspiring the same performance and perseverance in others is where our Marketing team comes in.
Whether it informs or inspires, all Jonsson Workwear’s marketing materials are produced in-house at our Durban-based HQ. Here, our Marketing team’s creatives and visual storytellers push boundaries with every new brief, ultimately creating the impactful content that propels our brand forward.
Now there’s an opportunity for a Graduate Graphic Designer to join the team.
As an entry-level designer, we’re looking for more than just technical skills. You bring energy, curiosity and a genuine want to learn. Your portfolio shows potential but it’s your can-do attitude, eagerness to grow and willingness to tackle every challenge head-on that will make you stand out. We’re seeking someone ready to push themselves, embrace feedback and improve with every brief.
The driven Graphic Designer who joins our Marketing team will be someone who:
In line with Jonsson Workwear’s commitment to employment equity, applications from candidates from designated groups, as well as candidates with disabilities, are encouraged.

Our story of purpose has seen us evolve into a revolutionary workwear business, supplying quality garments to local and international markets. We want to empower all working people to perform at their peak every day and this underpins our customer-centric approach to deliver the ultimate workwear experience. We are proud to own and control our entire supply chain, with our manufacturing facilities based in Lesotho and Mauritius, producing over 40 000 garments a day. These garments are distributed through our state-of-the-art Distribution Centre based in Johannesburg, which has the capacity to move 20 million pieces annually. Our Headquarters are located at the historic Lion Match building in Durban with our raw materials warehouse strategically located in the Riverhorse precinct, which serves as a central storage space for fabric and trims, helping us ensure efficient turnaround times.
With our iconic stores located nationwide, we can cater the widest range of workwear to fit all industries. Each of our stores are equipped with friendly product experts, convenient customisation facilities and complimentary coffee while you shop.
Our company promotes a culture of self-development and lifelong learning. Your attitude, grit and ability to continuously learn and evolve determines how far you will go. Our people are not defined by titles, qualifications, or status. Being aligned with our values, having a positive attitude, and an energetic and curious nature are far more important. So regardless of your field of study or how good you are on paper, if you have what it takes, if you are willing to put in the work, then we want you!
