We are enterprising. What sets us apart is not what we do, but how we do it. Our people are passionate, take personal responsibility, and always do what’s right for our clients, people, and communities. We accelerate success by empowering them to think and act differently, driving exceptional results.
We’re proud to welcome Location IQ to the Colliers Urban Planning service line, spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane. Together, we’re better positioned than ever to shape Australia’s urban future.
We are seeking a Graduate Geospatial Developer to join our Data & Analytics team, supporting Colliers Property Economics and Urban Planning consultants nationally.
This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career in spatial analysis, location intelligence, and property advisory, working on real projects that inform major development, investment, and planning decisions.
Reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, you will work collaboratively with geospatial developers and data engineers to deliver high‑quality spatial outputs, maintain robust datasets, and support insight‑driven advisory work across the property sector.
