HP’s Large Format Finance team is looking for an AI-driven, highly analytical Graduate Financial Analyst to support the transformation of financial planning and decision-making processes across a global organization.

Responsibilities
Drive automation of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close through standardized and scalable reporting solutions
Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks that enable focus on storytelling and insights behind financial results
Leverage AI tools and digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI agents) to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making
Support global process harmonization across regions (APJ, EMEA, AMS) ensuring consistency and best practice sharing
Transform raw financial data into actionable insights to support strategic planning and business decisions
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, eliminate manual work, and enhance data quality across financial workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Day to Day activities
Support financial planning cycles: budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close
Build dashboards and automated reports tomonitorfinancial performance
Analyze performance trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations
Automate recurring financial reports and data flows
Collaborate with global stakeholders toalignfinancial processes and data standards
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's orMaster’sdegree in Business, Economics, or a related field, obtained within the last 12 months.
No prior professional experiencerequired;previousinternships, academic projects, or practical experience in finance are highly valued
Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiencyin business applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
Interest in AI, data analytics, and automation applied to finance
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms
