Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and talented Emirati Graduate Engineers to join our Dubai, UAE team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their engineering careers, gain hands-on project experience, and contribute to impactful infrastructure and development projects while learning from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
• Assist with engineering design, technical documentation, and project coordination activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
• Contribute to project planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
