Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities.
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation.
• Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks.
• Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of engineering software is a plus.
