Job Purpose:This role designs and implements user-facing web interfaces, ensures design feasibility, optimizes performance, and collaborates with backend teams while maintaining high code quality and addressing issues.

Front end Development:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript

UI/UX Feasibility and Optimization:

• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability

Quality Assurance:

• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of deliverables

Technology and Trend Awareness:

• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the frontend development process

Frontend Integration:

• Working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic

Performance and Security Management:

• Identifying and resolving performance and security-related issues

Process Improvement:

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Technical Documentation:

• Maintain and produce comprehensive technical documentation for frontend development processes, standards, and specific customer options.

Code Review:

• Mandatory Code review for Self

Digital Mindset:

• Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Key Stakeholders - Internal:

• Lead Front-End Developer,

Educational Qualification:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related fields
