Job Purpose:This role plans, executes, and monitors design and UX projects within the digital department. Ensure project milestones are met, collaborate with teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Project Planning:

• Plan and execute design and UX projects, ensuring alignment with department goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.

Milestone Tracking:

• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all project phases.

Resource Management:

• Manage resources for project execution, ensuring optimal use of team capabilities.

Issue Management:

• Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Process Adherence:

• Ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices.

Quality Control:

• Ensure quality standards are met in project deliverables, maintaining high levels of excellence.

Team Development:

• Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Digital mindset:
