We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gain practical exposure to real-world mechanical design and development projects, and contribute meaningfully to our ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks / AutoCAD
  • Support the preparation and review of engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation
  • Assist in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) interpretation and application on design drawings
  • Participate in R&D activities and contribute to product improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality departments
  • Conduct basic engineering calculations and analyses as required
  • Support in prototyping, testing, and validation activities
  • Assist in identifying design gaps and recommending improvements
  • Maintain proper documentation of design changes and project progress

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
  • Hands-on experience or academic exposure to SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred
  • Basic understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a keen willingness to learn and grow
