Job Description

Position Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

As a member of the Global Control Centre Team and reporting to the Group Lead – Global Control Centre, the Control Centre Agent is responsible for providing frontline support by performing remote first-level alarm monitoring and executing reset procedures in accordance with established handling instructions. The role involves close collaboration with the entire Control Centre team, service regions, and customers to ensure 24/7 business continuity. The primary objective is to maintain uninterrupted support and operational efficiency in remote operations, while ensuring quick response times and high-resolution rates to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as an Agent in the Global Control Centre under a shift schedule 24/7
  • Works under guidance of senior positions.
  • Perform remote 1st level alarm resets based on defined handling instructions.
  • Processing and solving of 1st level customer requests according to defined handling instructions.
  • Support in scheduling service technicians as well as ordering and dispatching spare parts.

Candidate Requirements

Education and qualification

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and efficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 working environment with different shifts.
