Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team in Bangalore. The GET will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the injection molding industry.

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, market visits, and referrals
• Visit customers and understand their technical and production requirements
• Prepare and share machine proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for demos and trials
• Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and customer data
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, negotiations, and order closure
• Build long-term relationships with plastic product manufacturers and processors
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing

Team:

He will be part of Bangalore Sales Team.
Initially the person will be based in Ahmedabad for Training and post training the person will be located to New Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
