Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarters, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].

Your responsibilities

To support the business operation through a portfolio of IT-applications which cover quality validation, quality documentation and quality follow up through the product lifecycle, inclusive our overall warranty operation.

• You will be the application owner for a certain number of these applications.
• You will be the main liaison person for the different stakeholders (IT, R&D, manufacturing plants, suppliers, authorised repairer, distributor ...)
• You will be the first point of contact in case of a concern with the application and will promote the resolution with the relevant stakeholders
• You will evaluate Kaizen requests from the users, translate them into user requirements, explain to IT colleagues, follow-up implementation, perform testing and roll out final implementation through communication and documentation
• You will promote / evaluate / support the expansion of the applications to new mobility business areas
• Together with IT you will support the modernisation of the current applications to new platforms
• You will also structure the data in a logical manner, so that it generates a value stream in business intelligence

Overall, you will be part of a team of data enthusiasts, and supporting the development of automation / visualisation projects, data science and AI initiatives.

Your Profile

For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

• You have a Bachelor / Master degree in Project management and/or data science
• You are a career starter (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have good personal organization skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You have a passion to achieve customer satisfaction
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
• You can present data in a clear and logical way
• You have an interest in Data and Data Science
• You have experience in Python programming
• You can develop Microsoft Power Automate flows, Power Apps and Power BI reports
• You are proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio, …)
• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
