Keystone Civil is a diverse and dynamic civil construction company delivering projects across road infrastructure, renewables, bulk earthworks, and pipeline works. With a growing presence in Mildura, we are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of key projects in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project delivery
• Support weekly program tracking, reporting, and project coordination
• Assist with procurement activities and supplier coordination
• Support the implementation and compliance of the Quality Management Plan
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers are engaged in line with project requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily diaries and site records
• Assist in developing and maintaining short-term lookahead programs

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Some exposure to civil construction (through internships, placements, or project work) in areas such as road construction, water/sewer infrastructure, land development, or earthworks
• A strong interest in quality, safety, and environmental practices
• Excellent documentation and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
• Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn how to manage budgets and track production
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mildura
