Being a part of the CIMIC Group Graduate program, our dedicated graduate training program aims to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of talent for the future.

Each year, we recruit high-calibre graduates of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, who will undergo comprehensive training and career development programme through on-the-job training, job rotations, secondments, in-house and external continuous professional development seminars and site visits.

We recruit graduates from the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Architectural
• Quantity Surveying

Requirement:

• Fresh Graduate in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
• Demonstrated leadership capability in school or outside of school
• Outgoing personality and result-oriented
• A passion for learning and a strong work ethic
