Job Description

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will own the end-to-end delivery of MEP building services designs, guiding projects from concept through handover. You’ll lead the technical workstream, manage client expectations, and ensure our solutions exceed quality, budget, schedule, and safety targets.

Lead and deliver detailed electrical or mechanical building services designs

· Prepare and review design reports, load calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and clash-free BIM models

· Champion compliance with Saudi standards and authority requirements and international codes

· Identify scope creep, budget or schedule risks early and propose mitigation plans to project leaders

· Conduct site inspections and surveys; prepare clear, actionable reports on findings and coordinate corrective actions

· Mentor and coach engineers, graduates, CAD/BIM technicians, and promote best practices across the team

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive collaboration, clear communication, and value-added technical advice

· Drive business growth by contributing to technical proposals, client presentations, and by identifying opportunities for service enhancements

· Provide technical expertise and guidance during design development, reviewing and assessing design solutions for efficiency and compliance with local regulations.

• KSA National with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5–12+ years of progressive building services design experience
• Excellent knowledge in industry software calculation tools and BIM software.
• Registered with SCE or equivalent local authority preferred
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets, prepare forecasts, and flag financial risks.
