About the Role

Currently we have a few remaining Graduate Electrical Engineers for our site in Italy (you must speak fluent Italian). You will gain hands-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems on large-scale projects. This role offers exposure to all aspects of electrical engineering within the construction industry, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and building services.

Responsibilities  

  • Assist in planning and coordination of electrical works on site.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records.
  • Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for electrical works.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and building services.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or electrical design software is an advantage.
