A. Risk & Compliance

• To ensure accountability and transparency, support a sound compliance culture which reinforces ethical, prudent and professional behaviour.
• Understands the key control aspect of the operations to ensure compliance with corporate requirements and risk mitigation thus reducing fraud losses/write-off and adjustments.
• Timely reporting of potential/actual breaches to the respective departments and branches.

B. Support transformation, AI-related initiatives, process improvement and UAT activities by preparing inputs, performing testing support, documenting observations and escalating issues, so that change delivery is supported in a controlled manner.

C. Maintain risk and control discipline by following defined procedures, performing required checks, highlighting exceptions and escalating incidents, control gaps or processing issues promptly to the assigned supervisor or HOD.

D. Build functional knowledge through structured rotation, e-learning, on-the-job learning and stakeholder interaction, while providing timely updates to assigned supervisor / HOD to support future placement into an appropriate permanent department.

E. Participate in department meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions and internal briefings where relevant to the assigned rotation.

F. Assist in preparation of simple meeting notes, status updates, tracking lists or supporting documentation as requested by the assigned supervisor.

G. Support ad hoc administrative or coordination activities related to Graduate Development Programme governance, rotation, e-learning, TNA or survey follow-up as assigned.
