
Graduate Development Program - Supply Chain
Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.
Your assignment
You will work in the Integrated Planning organization from IGT-S and your tasks include
Supporting end‑to‑end planning activities across Demand, Supply, and IBP
Assisting in the preparation and execution of S&OP/S&OE cycles
Decide and optimize order releases sequence maintaining high customer service levels
Collecting, analyzing, and validating planning data (demand, supply, inventory, capacity)
Monitoring plan vs. actual performance and highlighting deviations and risks
Supporting scenario analysis and what‑if simulations to support decision‑making
Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for planning forums
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply planners and Logistics
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes and tools
Maintaining data accuracy and supporting master data management in planning systems
Applying AI and new technology for process optimization
Your second rotation will also be within an Integrated Supply Chain department.
As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with a yearly all-in salary of €60.763,- with excellent labor conditions.
You're the right fit if:
Recently graduated Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent and available as of October 2026
Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation
Excellent communication and influencing skills, a customer-first attitude, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious
Cultural awareness
Business fluency in English

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
