As a Graduate Design Engineer in our Darwin team, you’ll:
Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning
Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills on live client projects
Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design
Learn from technical experts and mentors through hands-on guidance
Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership

Graduated and available to start full-time in early February 2027
A relevant engineering degree (completed or near completion)
Have a passion in building services and managing innovative engineering designs.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Federal Baseline Clearance, therefore, only Australian Citizens can be considered for this position
Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems
Strong communication skills and a team-orientated mindset
Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability
