Graduate Data Scientist

What you'll achieve

As a Graduate Data Scientist, you will support the development of data-driven solutions that improve business performance, customer experiences, and operational efficiency. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to modern analytics tools, machine learning techniques, and large-scale datasets while building a strong foundation for your career.

You will:

  • Analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Apply statistical techniques and data science methodologies to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization concepts.
  • Experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, or business intelligence tools through coursework or projects.
