HP Solutions is driving multiple Business Transformation Initiatives to build essential foundations in processes, organizational models, and IT systems for our services and software businesses.
This role is pivotal in driving the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that solutions across multiple transformation initiatives align with business goals and deliver maximum value.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic graduate to join our team as a Junior Digital Project Manager. In this role, you will be critical in enhancing our digital ways of working, focusing on organizing and managing data, building digital PMOs, and driving efficiencies through automation and integration.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on the design and implementation of digital PMOs to optimize project management processes.
Develop and maintain workflows and automation using tools such as Smartsheet and other digital platforms.
Integrate data and functionality across tools to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
Organize and analyze data to support decision-making and enhance project visibility.
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, applying them creatively to solve challenges.
What are we looking for
An intern in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline).
A quick learner with a strong passion for technology and digital tools.
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools is a plus, but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
