Graduate Consultant – Transport & Urban Planning

What you’ll do

As a Graduate Consultant in our Transport, Water, Environment and Land team based in Perth, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and design solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

  • Advise clients on complex challenges, shaping strategy and guiding decision-making
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems and deliver integrated outcomes
  • Contribute to integrated land use and transport strategies
  • Work on urban design and movement integration
  • Prepare client presentations, reports and support stakeholder coordination
  • Provide clear, practical insights that support better outcomes
  • Contribute to sustainable, resilient, and innovative solutions
  • Apply data, analysis, and critical thinking to inform performance and impact

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in transport planning, urban design or urban and regional planning
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to think strategically and challenge assumptions
