Graduate Tailings (Civil / Geotechnical) Engineer

We are looking for motivated graduate level Civil or Geotechnical Engineers who are wanting to kick start their Consulting career in a thriving Tailings team based in West Perth.

You will be provided with excellent opportunities to work on challenging projects where you will be expected to provide design input, participate in developing internal best practice standards and participate in problem-solving. This is a hands-on role, where you will be working alongside more senior consultants to deliver high quality technical work for various clients.

We expect you to:

• Have a recent (within the last 3 years) tertiary qualification in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or be expecting to graduate in 2026 – essential.
• Be able to demonstrate your ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong interest in Tailings, or Mine Waste Management.
• Have excellent communication skills and language fluency in English.
• Be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or have a current Visa with working rights – essential.
• Be based in Perth for the commencement of this role. Relocation is not available for this opportunity. Your application should clearly indicate your intention to move if you are not currently based in Perth.
