The Graduate Site Construction Manager will play a key supporting role in the day‑to‑day operation of a live construction site. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, the successful candidate will assist with site administration, reporting, documentation, site walks, and coordination activities that help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project.
This role is designed to provide structured development for a recent graduate, offering hands‑on exposure to site operations, construction processes, health & safety practices, and project documentation. The position is ideal for someone looking to build strong organisational, communication, and technical skills within a fast‑paced construction environment.
The Graduate Site Construction Manager will support the Site Manager with maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, monitoring progress, assisting with inspections, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers as required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation for a future career in construction management
