About the Host Organisation

The host organisation is a specialist engineering and construction company with expertise in shoring walls, foundation piling, excavation, and ground engineering solutions. Supported by an experienced team and advanced construction equipment, the organisation delivers innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions across a diverse range of civil infrastructure and construction projects.

Assist the Senior Project Manager and Senior Engineering planning, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on engineering and construction projects. Support site-based engineering activities, project administration, contracts, WHS, QA, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support site inspections, project monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Prepare engineering drawings, technical documents, and reports.
• Assist with contract administration and project documentation.
• Support Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Quality Assurance (QA) compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and assist with project delivery activities.

• AutoCAD I Project Management I Strong communication and problem-solving skills
