• Provide administrative support across project operations
• Assist with cross-functional activities that support key project initiatives
• Assist with recruitment coordination activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding administration
• Assist in the drafting, preparation, and distribution of internal communications, including emails, notices, agendas, newsletters
• Support the coordination of internal and external project events, including supplier/ contractor visits
• Assist with documentation preparation ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Raise purchase orders as required for project activities, working with internal systems and following procurement processes
• Respond to ad hoc queries to support the Project Team at the Cork site
• Work in a collaborative manner within the Project Teams structure and contribute to investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
• Adhere to all onsite Safety and Quality procedures.
• Ensure training is completed as allocated, on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Graduate Capital Projects Support Associate

Job Description Summary

The Graduate Capital Projects Support Associate role provides a recent graduate with the opportunity to build practical experience across projects administration, people support, and project activities within a regulated GMP Manufacturing Facility.

The role supports day-to-day project operations and contributes to administrative processes, while enabling the graduate to develop strong organizational, communication, and business support skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recently graduated (or due to graduate shortly) in Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course.
• Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
• GMP Manufacturing experience desirable
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment
